Welcome to Hypnotherapy with Nick. Thank you for visiting our website, we aim to make your browsing experience as pleasant as possible. Please take a moment to read the below terms and conditions.

By using this website you agree to act in compliance with, and be bound by, the terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, form the basis of the relationship between Hypnotherapy with Nick and you as a user of this website.

Sessions and Fees

Each session will last up to 60 minutes (smoking cessation up to 120 minutes) and will be charged at the fee as stated on www.hypno.co.uk. Fees are payable at the end of each session, either in cash or by debit/credit card. Fees may be subject to change, however all fees will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of therapy.

A non refundable 50% deposit for smoking cessation therapy must be paid at least 48 hours in advance of the session. Payment is made over the phone or via bank transfer. Please contact Hypnotherapy with Nick by phone on 0117 901 2282 or by email nick@hypno.co.uk to request bank details when paying via bank transfer.

Commitment, Standards of Behaviour and Code and Conduct

Hypnotherapy requires commitment and motivation to gain the best results. As a client you commit to engage with the process, both during and after the therapy sessions. Your commitment to attend the appointments ensures your engagement with the process. It is also important that you attend as any missed appointments without the required minimum 24 hours’ notice (48 hours’ for smoking cessation) may prevent other clients from being able to book sessions.

You agree to attend all sessions on time and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, except those prescribed by your general practitioner. Sessions will always finish on time and any time lost due to lateness cannot be made up after the scheduled end of the session. Full fees will apply for each session.

Cancellation Policy

For standard weekly sessions a minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. For smoking cessation sessions a minimum 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Cancellation can be made either by calling Hypnotherapy with Nick on 0117 901 2282 or emailing nick@hypno.co.uk. Cancellation without the required minimum notice will incur a fee.

Full fees will be applicable for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Any request for a refund of a deposit or advance payment of sessions cancelled prior to the agreed 24 hours’ notice (48 hours’ notice for smoking cessation) will be made by direct payment to your bank account within 5 working days of the date of request.

In the unlikely event Hypnotherapy with Nick will be required to cancel your session, as much notice as possible will be given. If this notice is less than 24 hours you will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit or fees paid for the cancelled session or a rescheduled appointment will be offered at the earliest possible opportunity.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Hypnotherapy with Nick. Please see our privacy policy for details of how data is collected, stored and used.

In order to meet continuous professional development requirements, anonymous case histories are sometimes discussed with supervisors and peer support groups. No personal details are ever shared and you will not be identifiable from any information presented.

Therapy Duration

A committed and motivated client is likely to achieve their realistic goals. It should be noted that a cure is not guaranteed and it would not be ethical to make such a claim. A guide to therapy duration and the number of sessions required will be provided at the initial consultation. However, this will be regularly reviewed during your therapy and any changes to this will be discussed with you.

Contacting You

Unless prior agreement is made, it is expected that there will not be any contact outside of therapy sessions between Hypnotherapy with Nick and you as the client, unless for the purposes of cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure Hypnotherapy with Nick is in possession of your correct contact details.

Intellectual Property

Hypnotherapy with Nick retains ownership of all content and materials on this website. The material includes, and is not limited to, the layout and look, appearance and design, graphics and all images. All content remains the exclusive property of Hypnotherapy with Nick and cannot be used without our express consent. The information contained on this website is for information purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
